Q. What should I do if I'm having trouble accessing a database?
There are a few things you can try:
- Make sure you're accessing the database from Library Search or the A-Z Electronic Resources page
- Clear your cache/cookies
- Try a different browser
- Check the information about the database on the A-Z Electronic Resources page as there may be a concurrent user limit
- Use Bond Connect - this will give you access as though you are on-campus
