There are a few things you can try:

• Make sure you're accessing the database from Library Search or the list of Research databases and tools page
• Check that your browser is up-to-date
• Clear your cache/cookies
• Try a different browser
• Check the information about the database on the research databases and tools list. There may be a concurrent user limit
