There are a few things you can try:

• Make sure you're accessing the database from Library Search or the A-Z Electronic Resources page
• Clear your cache/cookies
• Try a different browser
• Check the information about the database on the A-Z Electronic Resources page as there may be a concurrent user limit
• Students can go to Student Remote Access, linked in the Student Portal
• Staff can use Bond Gateway
