How do I organise a display or event in the Main Library?

Bond students, student groups and clubs can book the Main Library Level 2 area for displays and events. Bookings must be made in advance using the Student Events online request form.

The available area is just inside the Main Library entrance on Level 2, beyond the Papyrus Café seating area and opposite the Library Service desk. It has been designed as a flexible “pop-up” venue for mini-events, promotional activities, displays etc. for the benefit of students and staff.

All student requests must be approved by Student Events in the first instance and details will be provided to the Library. The General Manager, Library Customer Services will liaise with the students organising the event.

Requests should be submitted via the Student Event Form at least 10 days prior to the event, activity or display as other bookings may already exist for this space.
