I'm unable to visit campus, how do I access software available on student computers?
Special arrangements have been made by IT Services so students impacted by COVID-19 are able to access a range of software usually only accessible on student computers on campus.
Answer
Remote access is available to Library Software for students impacted by COVID-19 restrictions. This solution provides a remote Windows desktop session which is similar to using the computers in the Main Library. See the IT Knowledge article for step-by-step instructions.
In addition, students enrolled in subjects that require access to any of the Adobe Creative Cloud applications or staff who require Adobe Creative Cloud for their role are able to download the complete Adobe Creative Cloud Apps to their personal devices.
