If you are downloading the eTG app for the first time you will need to request a token using the instructions on the Apps & other downloads page of the Medicine Library Guide. 

You may use this token on one device and are entitled to one token per user.  If you change your device, you will need to notify support@tg.org.au to have your token reset.

If you have any technical issues with the installation of the application, or have been asked to renew your token please contact support@tg.org.au

To activate your token please follow these instructions:

If you already have the Therapeutic Guidelines app on your device, please delete it before proceeding to the instructions below, or the token may not work.

For iPhone users - Go to the App Store (Apple) on your device and search for Therapeutic Guidelines. Follow the instructions on the screen to download and install. Open the app and select Institutional user, enter your email address. Enter the token in the token field and click Submit.

For Android users- Access and download the Android application of Therapeutic Guidelines via the website: https://cdn.tg.org.au/tg.apk

Open the app and select institutional user, enter your email address. Enter the token in the token field and click Submit.
